SEE EVERY THREAT BEFORE IT EATS YOUR HARVEST.

One sample. One report. Nine of the most economically destructive pathogens and pests in cannabis caught before they cost you weeks, yield, or a finished room of flower.

Whether you’re a commercial operator overseeing 10s of 1000s of square feet of canopy space, or just a hobby tent grower, the Full Panel gives you the whole picture in a single workflow so you’re never guessing which threat is hiding in your room.

WHAT’S IN THIS PANEL:

  • HLVd (Hop Latent Viroid): The silent dudding viroid that can quietly cut yield by ~30% with no visible symptoms. Detected via RT-qPCR against a conserved region of the HLVd genome.
  • Pan-Pythium: Root-rot fungal complex covering P. aphanidermatum, P. catenulatum, P. dissotocum, P. myriotylum, and P. ultimum — the cause of damping-off, root rot, stunted growth, and unexplained wilting.
  • Pan-Fusarium: Vascular wilt and root rot complex covering F. oxysporum, F. solani, and 8+ additional species — wilting, root rot, stunted growth, and the brown vascular streaking that gives Fusarium away.
  • CCV (Cannabis Cryptic Virus): Often asymptomatic on its own, but compounds damage when stacked with other infections — making it a quiet multiplier you want on your radar.
  • LCV (Lettuce Chlorosis Virus): Yellowing, interveinal chlorosis, and reduced vigor that’s easy to mistake for a feeding issue.
  • TMV (Tobacco Mosaic Virus): Mottled, mosaic-patterned leaves, stunted growth, and contact-transmissible spread through tools, gloves, and hands.
  • Russet Mites: Microscopic mites that produce “wind burn” symptoms and devastating late-flower damage. Usually invisible until the damage is already done.
  • BCT (Beet Curly Top Virus): Leaf curling, stunted growth, and vein swelling — vectored by leafhoppers and capable of taking down plants fast.
  • Botrytis (Gray Mold / Bud Rot): The late-flower bud-rot pathogen that turns finished colas to mush right before harvest.

WHO IT’S FOR:

The Full Panel is built for the moments when you can’t afford to be wrong. Run it to confirm clean mothers and clones before you commit a room. Use it for R&D and pheno work to qualify keepers before they earn space. Run end-of-cycle audits to map what got into the room and what didn’t. Or use it any time you want the whole picture in one shot without ordering nine separate tests.

WHAT YOU CATCH:

  • Silent yield thieves: HLVd and CCV can quietly drag down yield and quality without showing up on a walk-through. By the time you notice, the damage is already priced into your harvest.
  • Mid-flower surprises: Pythium, Fusarium, and Botrytis can hand you weeks of lost time and pounds of lost flower if they show up at week 6. The Panel catches them before they show up.
  • Late-flower disasters: Russet mites and Botrytis are the two threats most likely to wreck a finished room. You want them on your radar early — not at trim.
  • Misdiagnosed deficiencies: LCV, BCT, and TMV symptoms get blamed on nutrients, water, or genetics every day. Testing tells you whether it’s actually pathology — so you stop treating the wrong problem.
  • Cross-contamination risk: TMV and HLVd spread by contact through gloves, blades, and shared trays. Knowing which plants are carriers protects every plant downstream.
  • Hidden compounders: CCV, LCV, and BCT often co-infect — and stacked infections hit harder than any single pathogen on its own.

WHY A PANEL:

Buying these nine tests as singles totals $335 in retail value. The Full Panel is $199, a savings of $136, before you even account for the time saved.

But the bigger value is the workflow. One sample submission. One report covering all 9 markers side-by-side. One decision-ready document instead of nine emails arriving over different days.

When you order the Full Panel, you also get:

  • An enhanced multi-pathogen report with additional technical detail for those who want to dig deeper. Same actionable result for everyone — more depth available if you need it.
  • Inconclusive-result re-test guarantee: If your result comes back inconclusive, we keep testing until you have a result you can act on.
  • Free outbound shipping on Panel orders within the U.S. (return shipping for samples back to our lab is not included).
  • Subscribe and save: Set the Full Panel to ship quarterly, semi-annually, or annually for ongoing program testing — sign up for a subscription and save on every cycle.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR KIT:

Each kit contains everything you need for clean, easy sample collection across all 9 markers:

  • Sample Collection Envelopes: Individually numbered envelopes for collecting plant tissue.
  • Plant Identification Tags: Tag each plant to match its envelope so your results map cleanly back to the room.
  • Nationwide and International Service: No matter where you are, we can accommodate your testing needs.
  • Fast Results: Expect results via email within 1-5 business days from when the lab receives your samples.
  • Ease of Use: Collect samples on your schedule and submit them when you’re ready — no rush.
  • Sample-Return Flexibility: Kits do not expire. Return samples and receive results whenever you’re ready, in whatever increments fit your testing schedule.

HOW TO USE THE FULL PANEL TEST:

  1. Tag Your Plant: Use the included tags to keep each tested plant traceable back to its sample.
  2. Collect a Sample: Use the enclosed envelope to store a single tissue sample of 1-3 leaves and a 1-2 inch piece of root material from the plant you’re testing. One sample covers all 9 markers.
  3. Send for Analysis: Return the sample to our lab using the guidelines provided in your kit. Results arrive via email, typically within 1-5 business days.

Technical Details:

The Full Panel runs on Farmer Freeman’s molecular detection platform. HLVd, viruses and viroids are detected via RT-qPCR (reverse-transcription quantitative PCR), the gold standard for RNA detection. The remaining markers are detected via qPCR tests targeting pathogen-specific genomic regions for maximum sensitivity and specificity. All 9 results are returned in a single consolidated report.

Note: Samples must be free of trichomes — samples from flowering-stage plants will not be accepted.
