Note: Samples do not need to be returned all at once.
Collection kits do not expire or “go bad.” You may return samples and receive results whenever you are ready, in whatever increments are needed at that time.
HOW TO USE THE PAN-PYTHIUM DETECTION TEST:
- Tag Your Plant: Each kit comes with a tag to help you keep track of tested plants.
- Collect a Sample: Use the enclosed envelope to store a small root tissue sample from your plant.
- Send for Analysis: Return sample to our lab using the guidelines provided in your kit. Results will be communicated via e-mail typically within 1-5 business days.
Technical Details:
Farmer Freeman’s Pythium detection uses a qPCR-based test that target the pythium genus for maximum accuracy in detecting variants.
